While you're here, how about checking out the
Astronomy Book
List ? |
This is not an answer, only my experience with my 12"lx200.
I could not get skymap pro ver 4.0 to talk thru the rs232 interface with
a single short length cable. While I was messing around, I added an
additional longer cable (phone cord) and hooked the two together with a
y-jack phone splitter. Now it works......
It seems that the two will not talk unless I have the phone splitter
installed. (This splitter plugs into a standard phone jack and provide
two outlets).
All I can think is that the splitter is somehow conditioning/slowing the
signals.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Bill
