While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Paul,

FWIW, I was suggesting he check the connection of the two
wires that actually terminate on the motor itself. The solder
connection on mine had broke, but was not readily obvious
due to the fact that the wire still "looked" attached because
of the shrink tubing used at the connection. Only after I
wiggled it, did it come off.
