GMT does not follow daylight savings. GMT is either +5 or +6 from Austin
(Austin time changes GMT does not). Once the clock is set in the LX200
there is no need to adjust for daylight savings since the stars don't
really follow daylight savings, local time is irrelevant as long as the
LX200 has the right GMT time. Life as an astronomer is easier in Arizona
and Hawaii since we don't observe daylight savings.
