While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Hello William,

I have had only positive results with winvnc.. Depending on your
network speed one can choose to only refresh the current window, or
your whole screen... And best of all it's free ;)

I would agree that an ethernet network is your best hardware option...
depending upon your hardware, and cable lenght, go for a 100mbit
network.. It is hardly more expensive :)

Goodluck and clear skies
