While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Have you contacted Bob Denny about your issue? he is the best person to
answer your question.

As a stab in the dark have you put the latest version of teleapi.dll in your
Program Files\Common Files\Sytsem directory. My version is 1.2.1 (check the
version using Windows explorer, right click on the file for properties.
