While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

The problem with ACP on NT was traced to bad DCOM privilege settings.
After I upgraded my NT system to SP5 and some other things like the
latest MDAC package, I was able to repro the problem. A registry fix
and change to DCOM authentication level restored ACP's operation.
