Hi Paul,
I'm looking forward to the "blackout" which is expected at exactly midnight
on the last day of the year...my scopes will be ready. I have only one
concern...what if it doesn't happen? Do you think we should have an
alternate plan? How about this: at exactly midnight, each of us drop a
penny into a light socket...
