I was fairly concerned after reading of so many bad experiences with
Meade customer service - it seemed I might have serious problems getting
a reasonable response from Meade regarding my new non-functional LX200.
I am happy to report that I made person-to-person contact within 24
hours as advertised. My symptoms were reviewed, the keypad was
identified as the likely problem, and a new keypad is being FedExed and
should (if the spirits of Holiday shipping cooperate) be here tomorrow.
This seems a positive sign.
