A week or so someone came up with a set to modify the Autoexec.bat for
the time zone on Pictor View 6.45, I printed it and lost the paper, so
would like that again, but where in 6.45 to you put this time info? And
also does anyone know if meade has changed the 7.0 any. I run RS232 on
the 416 and every time I try 7.0 I get lock ups when I go to the
different menu items. Plus if they did modify it did they reinstall the
process image? Also on another point, I use an old 4" Meade refractor
for the guide scope with 201 guide camera. Still have a debate on
whether to use the eyepiece projection infront of the 201 or a barlow, I
have shorty 2X, the eyepiece is a 25MM ortho. The barlow can in some
cases see several stars and the 201 get confused, mainly sense I added a
TEC to it with a Vacuum. But is still to hard to get a good guide star
in areas where few are to be found! This where the eyepiece comes in
handy, but a royal bummer to be changing. At one time I had the barlow,
then the eyepiece, and that seemed to work, but several people said I
was nut to do that, so I have much to learn about that. Any ideas are
very welcome. Thanks Mike
