1-800-393-5456 and tell him what the symptoms are. He has worked real hard
to fix the problem and needs your feedback. No matter what he will get it
straightened out.

With mine, a much shorter cord was also sent to replace the coiled cord that
came with the original. One thing I forgot to mention, the slewing works
great
in all directions when using the AC power supply that came with the scope.
