You will need to phone and get an RGA number before you send in the
camera. Amy Harrington is who I have dealt with and find her very good
to deal with, helpful and cheerful. If you want to have your old chip
returned ask for it. I assume they will return it. I didn't think to ask
and a friend inquired to have the old one and I couldn't oblige.
I also would suggest sending in the cables to the camera and from the
control box to the computer. Ask to make sure everything is working with
the cables you will be using.
