This is really up to your eyes and your eyes only. I
am near sighted and have astigmatism which my eyeglasses corrects,
therefore eyeglasses works the best for me. I agree with Mr. Greiner
about the Ultra Wides and glasses and for me the eye relief needs to be a
great number to help with eyeglasses. I use to own the Nagler 20mm with
a small eye relief which I could not enjoy the full effect of the 84
degrees unless I removed my glasses, which resulted in the astigmatism. I
talked personally with Al Nagler about my problem and he suggested that I
go with the 22mm Panaoptic which I bought and still enjoy today. Al new
all about this problem with eyeglass wearers and astigmatism, so you
really need to make up your own mind about glasses and eyepieces.
Televue has some good primers on their website about some of the things
that Mr. Greiner talked about.
