While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

The peltier stopped working in my Pictor, no cooling, not sure if the cause
is the element itself or the electronic. I opened the unit and checked all
the diodes, fuses and capacitors and they are good. Does anyone have
troubleshooting tips for this item? I am located in Saudi Arabia and sending
the item back to Meade would be very expensive. Any tips would be
appreciated.
