Ed, if you can get the Helios to focus, do you mean that you can't get the
focuser to travel sufficiently for focus with the video camera etc?
One trick I would try is lining up the video camera with the focuser draw
tube, and moving it slowly back in a straight line until you get focus,
unless it needs to go in for focus. If so, try using a diagonal and then
see if it helps any. Good luck.
