Yes, I have done imaging, and the biggest improvement is in the length of
time that I can expose without getting oval shaped stars. The one thing that
I added was a cross test level mounted to the wedge and calibrated off a
granite plate certified to be within 2 seconds of level.
This is still a pain in the kester because it takes about an hour or more of
fooling around to get it CLOSE to level. Then after aligning, some more
fooling around, and again realigning.
I am now in the process of putting a pier in and will permanently mount the
wedge, the only way to go to keep my sanity and to have time to image!
