Hello All
I would like to share some of my experiences regarding the Televue 2 " =
diagonal with everbrite coating and 2 " Televue panoptic 35mm eyepiece. =
I chose these items after reading the numerous posts regarding the 2 =
inch diagonal and 2 inch panoptic 35 mm eyepieces. The generally =
favourable opinions made me take the plunge and order these items from =
Shutans. When I received them my first thought was " my God what have I =
got myself into...the items were HUGE. ". I finally got to use them on a =
4 inch Apogee Widestar short tube refractor ( not a very top notch scope =
BUT rather cheap and portable.) and the views were GREAT...WOW...I =
really enjoyed the "space port" views and now I know why everyone raves =
about the 2 inch diagonal and panoptics. I heartily recommend this for =
anyone else interested in getting 2 inch diagonal/eyepieces.
In fact I am thinking of getting another 2 inch diagonal with a ? Nagler =
/ another panoptic / other widefield eyepiece for my 8 inch meade LX200 =
SCT.
