Al,
I don't think that will work, the magellanII unit communicates with the
base electronic of the Meade scopes, and i think there's a lot of
diverence in the design that Meade and Celestron are using.
I wouldn't try it if o where you, worst case is you fry the electronics.
( the Brains of the MagellanII unit sends commands to the controllers in
the elctronics of the scope).
