He's asking $800.00 ...

I dont know about the ST-4 costs, so I wont comment on that...
Where do you get, He is asking for MORE than retail here ??
You some sort of dealer, or just a jerk like Me ? ; )
Maybe YOU should REcheck prices Mr. East..........
