While you're here, how about checking out the
Astronomy Book
List ? |
Apogee Instruments is attempting to integrate video into their new LISAA
cameras. If successful, the cameras will output monochrome video directly
to a "video out" (RCA-style) jack when the camera is not taking an image.
Apogee said they would announce whether or not the video feature is
technically feasible "around 8/13" (today), but so far no word.
Of course, no info on the sensitivity or frame rate is available yet - no
end-users have had a chance to use these cameras.
The web site is here: http://www.lisaa-ccd.com
