Actually, while I don't agree with Meade's conclusions, their stated reasons
for not providing email support make sense. They want anyone with a support
question to actually talk to a technician with the belief that it provides
more personal and better customer support. Personally, I've always gotten
good support from Meade but I guess that doesn't help anyone outside the
USA.
