Hi Maarten,
I live in Switzerland and I'm very familiar with your problem. As a matter of
fact, when my Pictor 416 started to have the well known ice cristall problem
last winter, the local dealer flatly refused to even look at the camera. This
in an age where it is completly normal to get worldwide warranty on most
electronic or photographic equipment.
The solution: send your unit to the U.S.A. to one of the many cooperative
dealers. If you purchase something else from them, like that beautifull Nagler
EP that you always wanted or something similar, they will surely help you out.
It worked like this in my case.
