While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

| Not being one to complain, but is anyone besides me bugged about postings
to
| MAPUG that include hundreds of lines as the original post to which they
are
| responding?

Yes. Some recent digests have quoted the same 200 lines over and over and
over! It would be very helpful if anyone writing to the MAPUG list would:

* Edit the material to which they are replying, so that only enough is
quoted to make the context clear (as I have just done);

* Make absolutely sure their mail reader is sent to send the message out as
plain text, not HTML.

In short -- Be aware of what you are sending out; don't hit "send" until you
have looked at the entire thing you're sending.

Thanks!
