While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

someone posted here
(http://www.genesis16.net/) it
even has its own list.

and have had a couple of emails with Rick Smith. He is the one of the
main guy's there. I know many people on this list are into CCD
Photography. They have a cookbook camera on there that seems to be the
equal of the ST7 or the 416 camera. The prices look to be about half
what the commercial camera cost's. I feel that the commercial camera's
are both very good. Still for those of us that have built things from a
kit.( anyone remember Heathkit)? I think this maybe a route we would not
have chosen but for this site. I for one would not build a 245 cookbook
camera because it would not be up to the quality that I demand from my
equipment. As I have no connection with these people. I hope to be
forgiven the small amount of commercialism that this brings to the
group. What I mean is heck I am going to buy one of these now that I
have found them. Does that say it right?? Let me know out of list what
anyone else thinks. Tell Rick I sent you. He is great about getting a
reply to you. For any questions.
