You're using the wrong units, Michael! You need to specify how far from
the axis that 9 gram weight was placed. The force on the tube is measured
in gram-centimeters (or inch-ounces for the metricly challenged or newtons
for those with really sticky bearings :-)

(I'm 100% sure that Michael knows this :-) But with all the confusion
exhibited here about balancing, I think this needs to be clarified.)
