As you can probably imagine, these topics have been discussed many times.
Suggest you take sometime to review these points of concern in the Topical
Archive link below. There are specific topics on astrophotography, drive motor
concerns, wedge modifications, alignment procedures, common problem areas, and
recommendations for new owners in regards to eyepieces and accessories. Enjoy.
