I believe Ric's recommendations are excellent. Many times I
see autoguider users trying to use this device to compensate
for poor polar alignment, wind, vibrations, incorrectly programmed
PEC, and poor seeing. They usually achieve marginal results.
I had made similar recommendations stated by Ric in an earlier
post, however, I believe Ric said it better.
