While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

My 216xt fits into 1.25" eyepiece holders as well. However, the 1.25"
barrel screws into a ring which itself screws into the camera head. The
camera head threads are the Universal threads and therefore, I can screw
the camera onto any of my camera adapters. Is the 201xt built in a
similar fashion? If so, wouldn't the ETX to camera adapter work?

My preference is to get a screw adapter (again for about $30.00)
that screws
onto the ETX and onto the 201XT. This way I do not need to
worry about
slipping and sliding.
