While you're here, how about checking out the

Hi Bob:
I too bought a 12" LX200 back in September, and have been using it with
one of JMI's focusers and Nagler 2" eyepieces. Although I began with JMI's
powered unit (NGF-S), I switched to their manual version (NGF-SE) which I
found provided a better feel. As I have posted in prior MAPUG threads, I
also outfitted my scope with JMI's vignette reducing adapter which provides
a larger 50mm light cone aperture at the rear of the OTA to fully illuminate
2" eyepieces. JMI's adapter, is, I believe, similar to the EyeOpener
product recently discussed earlier this week.
As for the diagonal, I went with TeleVue's Everbrite. It is much
brighter than the Meade supplied 2" diagonal and doesn't suffer from the
rotation problem inherent in Meade's design when using heavy 2" eyepieces
and a focuser.
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
Rob
