Bruce, Boy do I understand. I'm in central Ohio. Got my LX last October. Have
had a few very precious nights since then. But seems the weather demons know I
got a new telescope. Inside the house, have linked the LX to the computer many
nights, pointed the scope at the ceiling, slewed to various objects while looking
at the pictures in a book. I'm that desperate! The skies do open-up for couple
hours frequently. This is really the driving reason why mounting scope
permanently outside.

Enjoy your instrument,

Rod Cook
