>From an electronics (and computer interfacing) standpoint, my view would be
that Meade's LX200 electronics are second to none! I have been working with
a variety of electronic "goto" scopes and the LX200 is far superior in terms
of firmware reliability and general capabilities. (Mind you, my application
- satellite tracking is fairly unique and very demanding.)
