I'd suggest putting an alignment on it and repeatedly checking the goto.
Notice how consistent it is. Also, you might want to hook up an IREP and
check the accuracy of the tracking. This would also be a good time to see
how well it moves in guide speed. Jerky, smooth, overshoot, slow response
etc...
