While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

I am hoping one of you can help me. I have a 7" MCT LX-200. I was observing
and all was working fine. I took a break and when I went back out. I found
that the mode button was not working. I recycled the power a couple of
times, but it only seem to work a couple more times and then nothing. There
is only a little moisture and it is not below freezing . I did not drop it.
Have any of you experienced this? How did you fix it?
