While you're here, how about checking out the

Jim,
I've owned several SRT 101's. It's a very reliable 35mm SLR, but only =
gets a 6 or 7 as a camera suitable for astrophotography. There is one =
very important feature missing in this camera which the OM-1's have. =
That feature is interchangeable focus screens. =20
Don't underestimate the importance of interchangeable focus screens...it =
would be a mistake. Without a focus screen made for astrophotography, =
you will not be able to see dim celestial objects...and if you can't see =
them, you can't frame or focus. The camera is also heavier than the =
OM's and not nearly as compact. I think you will be happier with an =
OM-1.

Is anyone out there using a Minolta SRT101 or asimilar Minolta =
camera for astrophotography? I've got a great lead on one, but most =
people seem to be using OM-1s. If this is known to be an acceptable SLR =
I would appreciate the input.
