Hi list
For any one who is interested in for a flatbed scanner combining the
capability of scanning negatives and slides at a 1600x3200 dpi optical
resolution there is a new scanner from Epson which maybe is worth
of your attention.
The model is Perfection 1640SU Photo and it is the scanner I bought and
tested its performance in astrophotos scans.
There is a page in my web site I just uploaded where you can find more
details and
a side by side comparison with the Kodak Photo CD scans.
