While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Hello all,
A few days ago I preformed the aligment procidure
suggested by Bruce Johnston in the archive (finding
the gear sweet spot...) and wow!now we can take
unguided exposures of up to 6 minuets at f6.3 with our
16"lx200.An improovment of about 300% comparing our
condition to about a week ago.
Im wondering if it should be possible to achieve even
a better tracking (without guiding during the exposure
time) or should we be happy with what we've achieved
so far.
Thanks in advance for any idea and many thanks for all
the help Ive recieved from the group members and
helped our observatory to get its main scope to work.
Assaf B.
