I have had nothing but good dealings with them and was in
the same situation. Did you contact them and report this to them?
Giving them a chance to fix what may have been a error in processing
(which happen) would be a good thing. This did not happen to me

Um, just as an FYI...

I placed an online order with Pocono Mtn. Optics yesterday. The items I
ordered were out of stock and, as a courtesy, they sent me an email asking
if I wished to wait or cancel.

Everything is fine until I notice that not only did they send me the query,
but MY COMPLETE BILLING INFORMATION (yes, including my CC#, name, address,
etc.) in PLAIN TEXT. The email they sent had to transit several networks to
get to me. There is no telling how many packet monitors it may have gone
through.

Maybe it's just me, but I regard this as a breach of trust with that
company. I do believe my future business will be conducted with a company
that has more regard for my privacy and the security of my personal
information.
