I recently purchased an ETX-70 AT and reading in the user manual (which
is sparse) it alludes that if I load the ACP software that was provided,
I can hook up my computer loaded with "The Sky Ver5" and control the
scope. Well I went and got a cable and attempted this little feat, but
the ACP s/w keeps reporting "Telescope not found" Can anyone assist in
deciphering this problem? Is there a cable disparity? I don't know which
cable they sold me as there is no marking on it. Is there a pin out
available so that I can check it or make a new one?
Thanks
Don
