While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

As best I can determine, and despite fears to the contrary, Kodak Supra 400
is almost indistinguishable from PJ400 (LE400).

(Kodak Portra is, for astronomical purposes, much worse.)

None of them are as good as Elite Chrome 200 (slide film) as regards
reciprocity failure and hydrogen-alpha response, but sometimes you may
prefer the exposure latitude of a negative film, in which case Supra 400
seems to be Kodak's best offering. I keep hearing very good things about
Fuji Superia 400 and 800 also.
