While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Hi Mike,

Someone else suggested that the cord or the transformer could be my problem.
I eliminated the cord and the transformer by using a 12V battery and the
Meade #1812 adapter. Still the same results...scope will not turn on.
