While you're here, how about checking out the

Hi Joe,
I too find it disheartening to find that Meade doesn't have a email
means of contact. They do have telephone contact and I understand they
do return phone calls. Since all my equipment is second hand (8" LX50
and 416XT with 201 autoguider and 616 color wheel) I don't bother to
call them since most businesses don't want to bother with second hand
users. So I can't confirm that. By the way my computer will freeze if I
have the scsi connections made and boot up without the pictor turned on.
I have had freeze ups at other times as well but intermittently. I wish
Meade would address these issues because when it does work it isn't all
that bad. They seem to be in the stone ages with Windows 95 and haven't
stayed in tune with what is going on today.
