As someone who uses Windows only when I'm absolutely forced to,
I also wish there was support for CCD work on other platforms
like Linux, but I won't be holding my breath!
I am very happy with what I've seen in MaxIM, though I have
yet to actually do CCD work with it (new job, no time, etc.)!
As a side note, I have to say that the manual is one of the best
I've ever seen for any piece of software anywhere. You just know
that when they've taken the time to write a great manual that the
software's going to be good :)
