I would like some advice on the type of scanner that would do a good job on
scanning astrophotography 35mm film for image processing and also do double
duty for around home scanning of pictures, etc. I am looking at the hp
scanjet 7400c. It is 2400 dpi with a 48-bit depth. It also says it comes with
included adapter for scanning 35mm negatives, slides and transparencies. Any
thoughts are experiences?
