Ettore, try plain Windex and work on small areas at a time--don't try to
clean the whole corrector at once--that will cause streaking with virtually
anything you use. Many professional opticians use Windex--that's how I
learned about it. Works for me especially since I can't get the
reagent-grade alcohol at my corner pharmacy. Ordinary rubbing alcohol is
full of perfumes and other stuff that will streak even if it says "90%"
pure.
