Shielded would be better but why take the risk put them in separate conduit's the data network industry advise 600mm (2ft) separation when running power & Data in parallel. you don't want to go through the expense of installing your cables and then find faults because the power cable is affecting the data carried in the Data cable.

Am I going to have any problems if I run a typical data network cable --- 8 wire cat 5 unshielded --- in the same underground conduit with power wire, two 15 amp 110 volt circuits, for around 40 feet? I also plan to run a phone wire but don't expect any problem here.
