. Then set your GMT=20
offset correctly. I dont know where you live but if you are in the =
US=20
Eastern time zone the correct offset now is +3 since its daylight =
savings=20
time. Your post says you used +4 which is incorrect. Finally make =
sure you=20
have the correct date entered.=20

Hi all...I am a bit confused. In setting the controls for my lx200 I =
went to=20
the site www.timeanddate.com and looked up the current local time =
offset for=20
Toledo, OH (home) and found the offset to be -4. I also saw that in =
the=20
manual for eastern time zone the offset is -4. I know that daylight =
savings=20
time needs to be taken into consideration but cannot find where my =
settings=20
should be -3. Is this an error in the referenced post? Please forgive =
the=20
ignorance. I am new to the list and the LX200 as well. =20
Thanks for the patience,=20
