USE WHAT THE MANUAL SEZ!!!!!
TO GET FROM GMT TO EASTERN TIME YOU SUBTRACT 4 HOURS.
TO GET FROM EASTERN TO GMT, WHICH IS WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO DO...YOU ADD
FOUR HOURS.
