Eastern Daylight Time is 4 hours from Greenwich. Enter it as +4.

By the way, I am still puzzled as to why an hour's error in time zone would
have any effect on pointing accuracy (well above the horizon) once you have
aligned on two stars. Have others confirmed that it in fact does so?
