Pulling fuses is easy on my '97 Ford Explorer. No. 27 kills all the =
interior and dash lights and takes about 5 seconds to do. Fortunately, I =
don't have the permanent on outside light problem but it is bound to be =
fused.

This may not be the greatest answer but you might have to pull the =
fuse out=20
when you arrive. Then, put it back in after you leave the site. If you =
have=20
the old cartridge type fuses, this could be difficult. My car has the =
fuses=20
that look like a little card so removing and putting them back in is =
easy. It=20
also helps if the parking lights are on a different fuse than the =
headlights.=20
