While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

I don't know if this will work with flocking paper or not, someone might stick some to a smooth surface and give it a try. There is a trick I use for removing diskette label from 1.44 floppies that some times are stuck so hard that you can't get them off. Use a hot air blow gun or even hold them in front of an electric heater until the surface is quite hot. The adhesive gets very soft and the stuck material can be easily removed. If the flocking paper adhesive is similar the same process might help remove it. Might be worth trying if a future problem develops for someone.
