While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Greetings!

For the record, I have an f/10 8" LX-200 purchased in January, and
it, too, has the metal declination bearings.

On my scope, it was a BEAR to remove the Declination circle. 'Had to
make a tool out of insulated wire and a dowel, and it still took a
mighty hand to loosen the nut... but the results were worth it!
